Made With Love (JMJ) is a non-profit social enterprise that aims to serve children suffering from hunger. Through the collective effort of many individuals and communities throughout the year, we are able to provide Christmas Hampers to schools for children, distribute packed lunches and run a community café that’s open to all – all this within the Clydebank area.
We work with the Head Teachers in schools, to provide the Christmas Hampers to families.
Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 this year it was impossible to be able to have all our volunteers together in St Stephens Hall to help prepare the Christmas Hampers, so instead we decided to provide Co-op / Aldi Vouchers.
We were delighted to receive a grant from Cash for Kids to the value of £5,005 which has allowed us to help 422 families and provide vouchers to 17 schools in the Clydebank area. We have spent a total of £17,500.
With continued financial support we truly hope to be able to carry on with our Community Café, packed lunches and Christmas Hampers in 2021. We are very grateful to everyone who supports us, thank you so much.
